A lifelong pastry enthusiast, Bastien Blanc-Tailleur chose to pursue his passion in his teenage years. He began his career near Deauville, where he learned the foundations of his craft.
He then worked in Toulouse and Paris, building a career driven by the pursuit of excellence, all while taking part in numerous professional competitions.
As a skilled pastry chef, he held the position of Sous-Chef Pastry Chef in several prestigious Parisian establishments, including Carette tearoom, the three-Michelin-starred Pavillon Ledoyen, and the Four Seasons Hotel George V.
His career has been particularly defined by the creation of prestigious wedding cakes, with each cake being a unique and precisely crafted project.
In these institutions, he honed his expertise in cake decoration and created his first wedding cakes.
Fueled by the desire to fully live his passion, he launched his own studio in 2015, where he now offers his services for high-end events.
