Trained in the most prestigious establishments, Julien Dugourd developed his expertise alongside emblematic figures, perfecting his craft in exceptional venues. His talent was quickly recognized, as he received numerous international accolades, becoming third, then runner-up in Europe, before winning the European Pastry Cup.
Julien teaches at institutions such as ENSP Alain Ducasse, the Olivier Bajard School, Valrhona, and other prestigious schools in Shanghai, Macao, and Saint Petersburg.
Since 2017, he has been a member of the exclusive Club des Chefs des Chefs, an honor he received through his collaboration with Prince Albert II of Monaco.
Julien Dugourd also enjoys merging the art of pastry with other creative worlds. In 2021, he signed a dessert creation inspired by a Christian Dior dream, in a unique collaboration with a perfume house.
In 2022, he partnered with Bell & Ross, the renowned watchmaker, to develop a new sensory adventure.
The year 2023 marked a new chapter with the opening of his own boutique in Nice — a space in his image, where every dessert is designed like a jewel, blending technical excellence, aesthetic refinement, and gourmet emotion.
