An internationally renowned chef, Mauro Colagreco reached the heights of global gastronomy with his restaurant Mirazur in Menton, named Best Restaurant in the World by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2019.
Awarded three Michelin stars, he represents a new generation of bold, free-spirited, and deeply committed chefs.
An Argentine of Italian descent, Mauro arrived in France in 2001 and trained with some of the greatest names in French gastronomy: Bernard Loiseau, Alain Passard, Alain Ducasse, and Guy Martin.
In 2006, he opened the doors to a unique location: Mirazur, in Menton, perched between sea and mountains at the Italian border.
In constant contact with local artisans, he develops an ever-evolving cuisine guided by the seasons. Mauro Colagreco has established a unique personal style. As a committed chef, he advocates for a sustainable vision of gastronomy.
Today, Mauro shines on the international stage through numerous collaborations — all while continuing to make Menton his place of work and inspiration.
